Ghirardelli's Creamy Caramel

Flavored Syrup offers a wonderfully rich, caramel flavor. Perfectly formulated for use in expresso-based drinks, this syrup is also great in chocolate drinks and as an ice cream or dessert topping. The attractive 64 fl oz bottles are packed six per case and come with a free pump.

Product Care and Usage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not refrigerate after opening.

Preparation:
For a 12 oz. caramel Marchiato, dispense 1 1/2 oz., or three pumps, of syrup into a large cup or glass. Add a shot of espresso and stir. Fill to top with steamed milk. For 16 oz., add 2 oz., or 4 pumps, along with 2 shots of espresso.

This caramel is great for caramel marchiatos.
